Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover (through Paypal; you do NOT need a Paypal account to pay with credit card), Venmo, check or money order.
Orders must be paid in full and funds received by jLures before items are made. Orders paid by money order will be made upon receipt of money order; orders paid by check require an extra 2-3 days for checks to clear.
If a check is returned by the bank for insufficient funds, a returned check fee of $20 will be charged.
Processing Times
Because each lure is made to order, processing times will vary depending on the size of your order and Jared’s schedule.
If you would like your order to be ready by a specific date, please give Jared a call or text at (808) 987-4976 to discuss if that date would be possible.
Shipping
All items are carefully packed with sufficient care and materials so they arrive safely to their destinations. All packages are shipped in perfect condition via United States Postal Service Priorty Mail flat rate boxes with insurance. jLures is not responsible for any damage during shipping.
jLures is not responsible for any international taxes and/or duties not included on the invoice. These fees are the responsibility of the client/recipient.

Refunds / Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, jLures will do its best to work with you to resolve the issue. However, due to orders being custom-made, all sales are final.
Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We use the information you provide about yourself or someone else when placing an order only to complete that order. We will not share this information with outside parties except in cases when we believe, in good faith, that it is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of our company, our users, or others.
We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.
We never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.
